And What Does It Have to Do With Someone Very Famous?
The Moving Truck at a Rest Stop
The Long Distance Route
I have to admit, I was pretty nervous. I had to travel alone over four days in a moving truck, driven by me... alone. Although I would consider myself independent, I had never embarked on such an arduous task of moving (heavy boxes for four hours) followed by driving for days in areas of the U.S. (in a time in history that you could describe as... tenuous).
So I cast a horary chart: "How Will My Move Go?"
Now that I've successfully completed the task and there were relatively no issues (except some surprising/Uranus "surprising"/2nd house of Money) credit card issues/8th House of Credit), at the time... I kept wondering "what is Moon and Neptune doing in the 1st House?" I was careful to plan the trip when Mercury was direct (and to take the trip when Mercury was direct) which I attribute to the trip's success.
As a forensic astrologer, I know to read the 1st House when I want to know the environment of the victim. Moon aspecting (especially conjunct) any planet usually denotes some type of fame (even if the victim is crossing a street named after a famous person like "Garland Drive" or "Astaire Blvd."). What this chart was telling me was that something famous would be around me. Neptune can show a spirit - a famous spirit?
I forgot about the horary until I was mid-way through the trip. I think I was worried too much about the 8th house of death and that there were planets in it. I was also worried that my chart ruler, Jupiter was in the 12th and that it was retrograde.
And then I remembered the 1st House and I was stunned. Neptune also means a photo or video.
While I was moving, I wanted to protect a wall hanging as I was loading my truck; so to be sure it was safe, I stored it next to me in the cab of the truck. I took a picture of it because I thought it was funny and sent it to friends.
It's a great illustration (literally) of how the 1st house works, and how literal these charts can be! Scroll down....
