4) He looks like BG, including a slightly droopy eye
5) He gained significant weight after the murders
6) He wants you to think that it’s the second sketch
7) He is a good communicator and has won accolades among his peers

*FA does not believe current rumors about religious leaders who live close by since they do not seem to have a military background.

Abby Williams and Liberty “Libby” German were 8th grade students at Delphi Community Middle School in Delphi, IN who were victims of (a still-unsolved) murder along a hiking trail by the Monon High Bridge. The high profile case has drawn extensive media interest and dubbed “The Snapchat Murders” due to the shocking revelation that Libby German was able take video and audio of their killer walking toward them and directing them “down the hill.” After what would appear to be an extensive investigation, law enforcement has not been able to bring their killer to justice. What Is In Front of Libby and Abby:

Look at the 1st House of the Crime Chart and the 7th House (victim and perpetrator respectively). In this chart Cancer rules H1 and the Moon (Lord of Cancer) rules the Victim. The "ASC" falls on 5° which can provide a clue. If there are planets in the 1st, the victim's domain, it will show you what was in front of the victim at that moment in their "own domain". The girls were having fun (5° is Leo degree for "fun") on the Monon High Bridge ("Moon"). The 7th House (or "H7") rules the killer in this case.  Here, Saturn sits at 25°, the Aries degree ("abuse, "military", "blood", "fast," "old blood," or "cold blooded"). H7 is ruled by Capricorn in this crime chart and the Lord of H7 is Saturn, which is placed in the 6th House (stalking, hidden enemy, a person that is old). The Descendant (DSC) degree is 5° for this timestamp. This is the Leo degree (perpetrator had great strength, park, family, child).  

Used a Disguise in Public: Neptune on the MC

Looking that the entire chart, we determine that the strongest planets are on an angle or planets "aspected" by those *planets on angles*. Here Neptune at 11° (Pisces degree) is right on the MC or "Top of the Chart", making it a candidate for strongest planet. This portends to hidden, illusion and at the Uranus degree - that can mean "engineer is hiding."  Note that the Sun (cigarette) is left behind (South Node to its immediate left, "to leave behind"). A cigarette was left behind and found "in the water" - South Node in Pisces (Pisces "in the water). You can always see what was left behind in a crime chart by looking at South Node.  When it's in Pisces it can mean that video was left behind (Snapchat) or footprints (Pisces "foot"/"shows") as well as shoes.

Neighbor Home: North Node at 4° in the 3rd House

Turning to North Node, often the planet that represents a "lie," or who is lying. It is retrograde meaning that the degree moves up one to 4°. Mercury can represent "small," "job" or "to clean."  In this scene, a neighboring person may have "cleaned" and lied about it.  North Node in Virgo, ruled by the Mercury, can mean or "mail" or "keys." The perpetrator works at a place that possibly delivers a product and lied that day at his job about where he was going. Refer to Joni's psychic notes on "post office" or "boxes" above.  Rahu, dirty, at 4°, home, in Virgo (small) could mean small, dirty home or shack. Virgo represents the color "Brown." Neighbor + Brown. Could be a name or a "brown home" since the 4° (Retrograde planets add 1°) is a home.
