Uranus (see left), the planet of suicide and high places, is conjunct the victim’s ruling planet, the Sun (circled). 
The ruling planet of a victim is always the lord of the Ascendant Sign – here, Leo (see full chart below). The victim “Sun” squares Saturn, the planet for depression and the 6th house (health matters). When an elevated planet makes an aspect (like an opposition) it gives a literal picture of what happened (in this case emotions – Moon – was his downfall). A top to bottom effect.
