Between 1948 and 1958, the FBI ran initial reviews of 4.5 million government employees and, on an annual basis, another 500,000 applicants for government positions. It conducted 27,000 field investigations. (Wikipedia)

Gee thanks, President Truman! We know you meant well…
In an effort to “root out” Communism, President Harry Truman signed the first “Loyalty Order,” (timestamp above) – part of a loyalty program that would lay the groundwork for a very fearful time in American History and eventually give power to Senator Joseph McCarthy, a Republican from Wisconsin. The growing paranoia after World War II that the US government was being infiltrated by Communists was the motivation for what would become extreme measures that would ruin many lives and careers of innocent Americans and government employees. Ironically what the American public thought was a means of protection against foreign spies was actually a plan to legitimize spying on just about everyone!
How did a presidential program, designed to keep the country protected from Communist influences and spies, turn out to be a witch hunt for homosexuals and feminists?
During the era, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover was influential in his quest to increase the investigative powers of the FBI which were used to bully, harass and arrest citizens who were just a minimal security risk, if at all. One directive from Hoover, later revealed to be a transvestite, was the investigation of government employees for “sexual perversion,” and subsequent punitive measures such as being suspended for exhibiting a gay or lesbian nature. It was a terrible, destructive time in American History and a low for American politics. How did a presidential program, designed to keep the country protected from Communist influences, turn out to be a witch hunt for homosexuals?
Hold the phone (the police are listening)
Here’s what the sky looked like when the Loyalty Program was timestamped:
- Saturn + Pluto: Extreme fear
- Sun opposition with Neptune: Government is Fighting Disloyalty (Neptune: socialism/disloyalty)
- Neptune in Libra: Gay couples
- Pluto in Leo: Superpower
- Jupiter (“to search”) in Scorpio (“witch”) = Witch Hunt in the 6th house of workplace
…the anticommunist Red Scare after World War II was…an attack on women, especially feminist women.” Matthew Wills, JSTOR Daily
Some of the country’s most damaging spies were born this year, including FBI Special Agent Robert Hanssen. It was a time when the word “superpowers” came to be known. Uranus in Gemini (foreign signals, high tech communication) and Scorpio (secrets) were influential and if one of your personal planets landed in Pisces (and aspected Mars: “secret police”), all the more likelihood you would have been interested in spying. With the wrong degree (18, 22), it might introduce you to a sinister career.
We look for Mars in Pisces in crime charts when there is deception (Pisces: deception) by police (Mars) or an undercover officer. A similar indicator would be Aries at the Pisces degree (12,24). In the Great Heist, you can see Mars aspecting Moon in Pisces: “the police helped.” Moon (to help). Another clue that police were involved? The 7th house lord was Aries (ruled by Mars “police”) and an elevated Mars was featured.
Uranus Trine Venus in Aquarius (most powerful aspect and the position of feminists)
One exciting part of looking at crime charts is the discover of different historical facts that you may not already know until you spot it – in a chart. In any crime chart, if you see a planet on an angle, like Venus (see Coronavirus chart with Venus in Aquarius on the 7th), you might want to know if there are themes of females or money (Venusian elements). Sure enough, I found this informative article on The Red Scare and Women in Government. Venus in Aquarius shows female activists, who were spurred to act after the egregious acts against one female government employee: Mary Dublin Keyserling who would help foster a new era of feminism. Author Matthew Wills wrote: “the anticommunist Red Scare after World War II was also an attack on women, especially feminist women.”
And that, explains that.
