In most crime charts, we analyze the ascendant point as the “victim” and the “descendant” as the perp. Here we consider both points as two opposing parties, similar to sports astrology (those who are “sparring”). We will analyze the accused as the “Ascendant” in both charts. When doing your own research, you should look for charts where an individual (allegedly) makes promises to investors but illegally misappropriates funds for personal gain such as trips, cars, private transportation (jets) personal charities, real estate and luxury items.
Trustify Summary
In the Washington area, the business culture is competitive and cutthroat. There are companies that grow conservatively over time or some that incorporate an M&A strategy to grow the business rapidly – and some that are downright blatant in fraudulent schemes. One of them was Trustify, a start-up that was hailed as a disruptive and innovative service to help users easily locate a private investigator. The owner, Daniel Boice, was inspired to launch Trustify after his experience during his divorce. He had wished there was an “Uber for private investigators” so he started a company with that business model in mind.

It turned out that the rates that customers were paying for Trustify services were too low, according to Boice, to operate the company (and still maintain a lavish lifestyle) so he started taking his investors money and as the Washington Post* reported, “siphoning it for himself.” He spent at least $3.7 or more on himself funding boats, trips, payments on homes, a private jet and expensive dinners for himself and his family. In the end, he would receive eight years in prison for his “self-dealing.”
The number 8 represents a private investigator and the number of years he’ll spend in prison.
But the real indicator is the planet that’s on the angle – one of the biggest clues in a chart. That being Mercury – and in ancient astrology – Mercury means “Thief.” Here it also means a news article (4°: “domestic” news). Sagittarius, representing the U.S. would combine to show “American Thief.” Mercury points directly to the 2nd house of money so it shows that money and assets are involved. The Sun, sitting right next to Mercury, shows that Daniel and the government are side by side essentially – and talking about jail time (12°, the Pisces degree: “jail”). The article, the main subject of the timestamp, also quotes the judge as he is speaking to Boice and saying “you committed fraud” – (12° fraud).

It is alleged that after SnoOwl attracted an impressive list of investors, Correia began using the funds ($200k+) for a political campaign and laundered the rest to fund his luxurious lifestyle.
