Mass shooting: Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, a 21 year-old, opened fire outside of a grocery store in Boulder, leaving eight people dead. The suspect was reportedly bullied in school and showed signs of a growing paranoia over the past few years (he believed his phone was hacked or that people were following him).
Many of the witnesses (Mercury, “witness”) heard the gun firing (Mars, “gun”) and some of the witnesses were able to hide (Mercury in Pisces, Pisces “to hide/disappear”) in the 8th house of death, which you can see in the chart. Mars and Venus are in the same house and show a peace-loving law enforcement officer rushing to help victims -and he was first on the scene (Aries, “first”). At 2°, the “best degree” – Talley would become a hero, after tragically succumbing to his wounds.
When an actor in a crime aspects the Ascendant (the “name”), it shows the name of a person. Here, Venus (“peace”) is aspecting the Ascendant. So we look at his name: Officer Talley. In Gaelic, it means “peace-loving.”
Characteristics that can be seen in this crime chart:
- If many police officers are involved in the crime, there might be a lot of activity in the sign of Aries, which represents the police. In this case, many rushed to the crime scene.
- We usually see Mars and Venus (when in bad aspect) in domestic crime situations, since it shows aggression towards females. When Mars and Venus combine in this chart, it results in a police officer that helps others and is loved by many for doing his job. The 9th house often represents news publications.
- Since the Ascendant (“name”) directly aspects the killer, Saturn, lord of the 7th house (7th house = perpetrator) shows clues about the victim’s name. His last name, Alissa, may be derived from the Queen of Carthage, Queen Elissa, an ancient civilization that existed in modern day Tunisia (Wikipedia). Saturn + Ascendant = an ancient name. (Saturn “ancient” or “old”).
- The Ascendant in this chart also indicates the name of the store, what is around the victims at the time of the shootings. Leo represents royalty, kings, queens, princes, etc. In this case, King Soopers grocery store, aspecting Uranus in the sign of Taurus, (Taurus, “food”). Some victims were in high school (5°, the Leo degree, “high school”).
- Note that the cusp of the MC is 22° the killing degree. The mass shooting also took place on the 22nd.
- There is another crime chart you may be familiar with that may also show police. The Delphi Chart. In that chart you see stress between Mars and Venus because the proximity of both planets in the chart is closer than the King Soopers chart.
- In the Delphi/Snapchat Chart, you see Uranus (shocking) within a few degrees of Mars at the Sagittarius degree, or news headlines. Expect to see shocking news about something police-related in the news about Delphi. It is possible that in those headlines will feature a married couple (7°, marriage or contract) or even a beloved police officer since Venus is also in Aries.
