0° The basic meaning of the sign. The top of the head if – 0°Aries.
1° The Aries Degree, ruled by Mars: abuse, a builder/to build, sports/athlete, police, military, weapon, anger, business (person), a business, “fast” (Uranus and Mars show speed), the color red (when describing a location/point of interest or person), first, “in front,” argument, battle, war, fighting for something, blood. 1° Cancer: Domestic Abuse (Cancer: Domestic);
2° The Taurus Degree, ruled by Venus: known as “the best” of something or “the top level.” Also might describe a container/small space, wealth/y, forest, trees, food, luxuries, voice, singing, the color green (when describing a location/point of interest or person), earth. Someone’s belongings.

Neptune 2°: Top Spy (Agent Robert Hanssen’s birth chart). Neptune (to spy).

The McCarthy Era document that started years of government eavesdropping on the community (11th “community”) using their network (11th). Police (Aries) records 3°/ government (Sun) —in Aries – govt. police or FBI.
3° The Gemini Degree, ruled by Mercury: “two”, sibling, hands, double, documents/records, local, small, town, neighborhood, neighbor, group, birds, tea, friend(s), the color yellow (when describing a location/point of interest or person), geometric patterns (type of dress a victim or suspect is wearing). What the victim smelled. To listen or eavesdrop. A witness(es).
4° The Cancer Degree, ruled by Moon: mother, home, public, crowd, water, 4th house related: in the home. Can indicate the color white. Psychic can help if in good aspect to Saturn or victim’s ruler.
Mars at 4°- “white car” (Both MER and MAR can reveal a “car” or a driver (MER). Mars rules the metal of the car.
5° The Leo Degree ruled by Sun: strong/strength, royal, leader, high school, fun, athletic, gym/workout, outdoors, top of the hill, mountain, view, hair, ego. 5th house related: children, family, a bar
If Taurus 5° : the Jaw, the place below the lower lip.
6° The Virgo Degree, ruled by Mercury: health, analysis, sickness, illness, workplace, routine, doctors, pets, service (workers), clothing

Left: A suicide occurred on Wall Street when the victim (Sun, victim’s ruling planet) was working.
7° The Libra Degree: ruled by Venus: beauty, luxury items, earrings/jewelry, fashion, couple, music, art, marriage/spouse “a couple,” besties, legal, courtroom, court proceedings, an on-going lawsuit, justice, a labor union, associates, Asian country, Asian person. Together.
7° North Node/Ketu (to leave behind): “jewelry left behind.”
Kala Brown story: perpetrator’s ruse (North Node) was to pose as a real estate agent (8°), asking Brown to clean (Virgo) his property. Sun is the co-ruler of a perp.
8° The Scorpio Degree, ruled by Mars and Pluto: secrets, rape, revenge, death, sex, insurance, inheritance, distraction, real estate, real estate agent, a curse, a toilet (due to deep pipes you can’t see that go to water), taxes, what is “another person’s,” jealousy, pregnancy. Middle East/Easterner or Middle Eastern name. A desert, sandy place (Middle East). The Scorpion has 8 legs.
Often describes a grave.
8°: Occasionally you will see themes of Black Magic

In the Snapchat Murders chart, two (Mercury “two”) young girls were murdered (8th house) on a high (Aquarius “high”) bridge (9° “bridge).
9° The Sagittarius degree, ruled by Jupiter: the cinema or a movie theater, college, bridge, a border, professor, foreigner, foreign travel or country, can indicate a street name, horses, arrows, archery, often indicates a “plan,” to find, “to search” or “look for.” A student. Example: Moon (dogs) at 9°, the search degree, can show that search dogs may be helpful.
Jaycee Dugard was attacked by an older woman with black and grey hair.
10° The Capricorn degree, ruled by Saturn: ice, cold, snow, public office, public official, public facing, coal, slow, delay, rules, black, cold, fear, a rocky or sandy location, depression, a person that is older who might have grey hair. Someone’s career. Can indicate the color black or grey. To delay, to block. Often seen when an accomplice waits around the corner or if the killer waits for the victim.
(above) A divorced female or female that is threatening divorce. To split assets or interruption of cash flow. In Capricorn: a shock to an institution or a long career.
May show a motive or what is happening in the background.
11° The Aquarius degree, ruled by Saturn and Uranus: “to cut,” “to cross” “to cut across” “to interrupt,” surprise, divorce, a high place, flying, airport, high tech, loud (emphasized sound), engineers/engineering, new technology, helping others, friends, the word “height” or “heights,” organizations, “network,” electrician, electrical, high wire, electrocuted, stun gun (Jaycee Dugard), super fast (Delphi chart: Neptune 11°, disappeared fast from view; represented a creek – 11 “fast moving” water (Neptune “Water”).
Ankle, Eyes
An “angel;” a ghost (Neptune) high up (11 “high”). Can be considered a name like “d’Angelo.”
There were many (Jupiter) victims during the Great London Smog weather disaster who couldn’t see through thick fog (12 “fog”) over the course of many days. Victim estimates over four days: up to 12,000 died.
Taurus: the ground. Fog was thick on the ground.
12° The Pisces Degree, ruled by Jupiter/Neptune: deception, pornography, to be poisoned, unclear, fake, illusion, narcissist, glass/mirror (with Moon), criminals, a plastic bag, shower curtain, swimming, something that is near or in water, fish, disguised, drugs/alcohol, CCTV or video, fog, oil, “to go missing” or “what is missing,” rain, flood, out of focus, foreign or foreigner, child predators, a painter, someone who is crying, waterfall, pond and larger bodies of water. A shoe. A mattress or a bed. To sleep. To hide.
If aspecting Ascendant or Mercury (skin) = “oily skin.” Pisces/Jupiter degree seen in the Chris Watts crime chart (hid children’s bodies in oil tank). A shoe/footprints/feet were also featured in the Delphi murder crime chart.
Sun 12°: government fraud, fake government grant awards (Sun “award”)

Degrees have also been used to map a missing person but with limited success.
Degrees can be applied differently to your birth chart and should not be translated like a crime chart (or you could lose sleep at night!). In many circumstances, poor aspects in a birth chart do not manifest as harshly (or do not manifest at all) as they do in a crime chart. Many times the synastry of two charts (victim and perpetrator) and their “natal promise” lead to a cause and effect.
The method of determining a characteristic or “clue” in a crime is used by combining the signature of the planet (i.e. Mars: anger! leadership! military!) and the degree (i.e. 4°: in the victim’s home!) and where it is positioned in the house (11th house: friend!) so that these 3 energies are combined along with any planet or cusp it aspects (“an angry person killed his friend in his home”). The aspects can show the description of the getaway vehicle, as an example (Mars/car + Moon/white: White Car + 11°, Uranus degree “to split” or separate: two-toned color).
If a planet, such as Jupiter (shown) is in retrograde “r,” the signature of that degree andthe next degree can be applied (23°, 24° or Aquarius and Pisces) according to the teachings of Nikola.
